"Chapin" is a nickname for Guatemalans. So you can say a person is a Guatemalteco or Chapin.
The photos are wonderful. I feel like I've just toured Guatemala. My favorites: "there is no signal in heaven so turn off your phone"; the TOMS PC picture; your host sister on your shoulders; you and the kids making funny faces; and the woman in blue in front of her stall at the market - really beautiful.
